I am sticking with small increments throughout the day. This has been working for me & not "bothering" my neck & back to much. As the spasms & pain lessen, I know I will be able to increase the times.

I'm keeping up the exercise five days a week. I've not yet increased the time but will some day. Consistency is a good thing for me right now.

I'm also a Sparker that worked on this challenge a few years back and received a trophy. I really wanted to get back into exercising again on a regular basis. I've kept up with at least 10 minutes a day which I plan to increase in the weeks ahead. Most important, I want to do some from of exercise at least 5-7 days a week which is entirely doable.

I've actually received this trophy many years ago but I redid the challenge to get me back into exercising. I've been doing 10 minutes daily, most days but now I need to increase to 15 minutes of daily exercise. I should be able to do this since it was fairly easy to do the 10 minutes. My long rage goal is to keep exercising and not quit doing it!!!
