Today marked the last day of week four and well I did it! Trophy is in my collection.
This last week I was able to continue to get 6,000 steps. I have also balanced my food ratios better. Today was my weigh in and I lost 2 pounds.

Exercise wise I have been getting up to at least 40 mins a day, a couple walks + video each day. I am going to stay in this group and continue my streak of at least 10 mins of exercise a day, so expect to see me around in the five week and beyond section.

Finally, I do want to thank everyone in this team for their encouragement, you all really helped motivate me to keep going. I plan on doing the same for others in this group. emoticon

Shinerzbabygirl hows that strength training going?

Last Friday I weighed in at the same weight, so I am at least maintaining the weight I did lose.

I am doing the 5% challenge (go starfish! emoticon ) and that is really helping me with pushing myself exercise wise. Now onto food land, I have become a lot more conscious of what I am eating since starting sparkpeople and I do really need to keep tracking to keep on the ball. Still trying to balance fat, protein, and fiber.

This week I hope to continue to do 6,000 or more steps tracking with the spark tracker. I want to do a minimum of 20 minutes of workout for 3 out of 7 days. The rest 15 minutes.

I also want to work more on balancing food. Getting enough fiber seems to be difficult for me without going over on carbs. Getting enough protein is difficult without going over fats.

Tomorrow is my weigh in we shall see how that goes.
