How about Mum joining you on your walk with the pup? Would that be doable? Just thinking of ways you can get your time in.

Got my cardio and lower body workout in today.

This is my mum's dog and I can't walk her because she has not been leash trained yet and I wouldn't dream of trying to do that, that is up to my mum. However, she LOVES playing ball around the house.

As Nancy Jean said we're not here to judge, we're here to help, to encourage and to answer questions when they come up. You've got a great list of goals but might be a bit too long to start out with. Try picking out the 3 YOU MOST WANT TO ACHIEVE...then keep track of them for a couple of weeks and as they become a daily ritual, add another 1 or 2 and follow the process until you're doing all of them. I know you can do this, just be a bit more patient with yourself. When you feel like you're going to binge eat, take a walk. As for the free food at work, if it's healthy, like fruits, veggies, and some good protein, that's fine. If it's a lot of processed foods or rich home-made dishes, take a pass and bring your own healthy stuff.

I noticed in your photo it looks like you're holding a dog? If it's yours, take him for a walk when you get home from work, he'll enjoy getting out and you'll be doing yourself some good. You can achieve EVERYTHING you've listed, you just have to believe in yourself, and just DO IT! We're all here to help.

And with that, I'm off to the gym for some cardio and upper body work...til next time,

If you want me to help hold you accountable, with you, then that's one thing, but I WILL NOT JUDGE YOU! The Word of God says, "Judge not lest you be judged!" Who am I to judge you, when I'm trying to do the same thing as you? I'm not being ugly, but I'm just stating fact. I choose not to be the pot calling the kettle black!

However, if you need a cheerleader, then I'm your gal! If you need a hand up, again, I'm your gal! And, if you're just not sure what to do, just say, "JESUS!"

When I first started out, these were my goals:
here are my goals:
Long term:
I will stabilise my weight during the next three months
I will lose ten pounds by the end of the year
Current Action Steps

I will exercise for an hour each day
I might not be exercising a whole hour every day but I am exercising every day

will bring my own food to work
I haven't been doing this. Getting free food at work has been too tempting

I will see Shawna frequently and have my blood
Yes, I have been doing this

I will manage my money so that it lasts the whole month
I could be doing better. I'm barely making it.

When I am able to chose between binging and doing something else, I will do something else
Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't

I will brush my teeth at least once a day
I should do better here, but it hurts to brush.

I will go to the YMCA at least five times a week
I am going but not that frequently

I will start the day off with a mug of green tea and not a binge
This is not happening

I will clean as best as I possibly can
I'm doing much better on this front

I will not have meals out more than three times a week
I could do better here but my limited budget will help me out here.

To conclude. I need to work on these goals more. I think I will print them out and post them on the fridge so I will be reminded and everyone else will see them and judge me when I am not complying.
