I've been on track up until today, and then today I had a cheat day. I've never had a cheat day the whole time I've been on Spark People. I hope everyone has a Wonderful & Blessed Wednesday! LYL!

Well, I guess I'll just have to do week 3 all over again!
Finally went for a walk this morning. Still coughing, but it was nice to get outside.
Have a great week everyone.

Monday -- Walk 15 min
Tuesday -- upper body strength, yoga stretching
Wednesday -- Walk 30 min
Thursday -- strength warm up video, core strength video
Friday -- Walk 25 min
Saturday -- strength warm up, lower body blast
Sunday -- day off

went away for a few days and managed alright the first day, but totally fell apart yesterday. Now I have a sore throat and am feeling awful...
Will put off the exercise for today, but plan to start the boot camp videos tomorrow, which should get me back into the swing of things.
I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and see what damage I have done.

Glad you are all here to get me back on the straight and narrow!!
