I am making progress with this challenge. I love walking on my treadmill because I get caught up on my reading plus the extra energy I get. Every day for 20 min I walked or did yoga. It's nice to be in the habit of exercising again. Thanks sparkpeople.

So far I've increased my exercise time from 10 min cardio 5 days a week to 25 min cardio 6-7 days a week plus 10 min S.T. 3 days a week. I just started to add a few min jog. I've noticed that when I exercise first thing in the AM I have more energy and am in a better mood then if I wait till the afternoon. Guess I'm a morning person.
Wow, I can't hardly believe 3 weeks has passed so quickley... maybe it's the holidays. Anyway, I feel really good and have increased my kinds of activities even learned how to track a few new ones. I'm looking forward to increased stamina and energy as I go thru week 4 and on....
I had a great time this week. I did lots of cardio and I plan on using the cardio video I tried again. I still prefer the cardio I do regularly but it was nice to try out something different. I really love the dancing I added in week two and I've been doing it for longer and I have so much fun. It was a really great addition for me to make.
