My Week 3 10 minute dailies are;
1: walking to the drug store, grocery store.
2: climbing the stairs 10 times a day.
3: mediation and stretching 10 minutes, twice a day.

Thursday and Friday were difficult, but counted my walking the stairs and walking to and from the parking garage as my extras.

This week is going to be rough. I already feel tired!!! I woke up with a headache yesterday and didn't get to do my normal workout, however, today is a new day and I got up bright and early and hit it.

Here is my 10-minute contributions:

Monday - walked downtown to run a work errand and grab a salad for lunch (10-15 minutes)
Tuesday - walk to lunch downtown (10 min)
