only got 4 out of 5 exercise days in- so week 2 was a do over week before I moved on to week three

Not sure I'm posting this in the right place.
Week 2 - in addition to minimum of 10 minutes of exercise, need a different activity besides water walk/ water aerobics, although those are best on the knee and back. Leaving 6/9 to visit daughter through 6/14; downloaded SP app still not working right:-(! Also looking for ways to sneak movement in!

6/4 - water walked; Maybe "subscribing to discussion" works better than add a new post or reply. If so, it will be duplicated. Well that didn't work, says I'm subscribed but only lets me reply to other posts:-(!
6/5 - water aerobics
6/6 - water walking
6/7 - water walking with HIIT
6/8 - water walking; leaving early tomorrow through next Thursday, hope the apps work this time, limited computer access
