Thank you.I am trying. I set my timer for 20 minutes to do the various exercises and if I feel like doing more I set it again but even 20 minutes feels good. I walked with Brandy last nite but didn't dress warm enuff for that cold wind. Good thing Brandy sets a good pace.She knows when I say home now but last nite started to the house and decided one more block was needed. Whew! I was glad to get inside of that cold wind

Finally getting back to teams. I have to learn to be short so i can get to all of them. I am still walking brandy but my bad knee has cut the time shorter than I want. I take a pain pill and use a Salonpas patch but neither helps very much so I can't walk as long. I will have this knee replaced at the end of the month. Hope I recover as fast as i did the last time. Brandy is still over weight 93 pounds, she is a big lab but that is too much and I still fight with the 8 pound gain from prednisone that I whop will end at the end of November, don't want to feel that pain again or go back on prednisone. will find out the end of Nov.
That game is a bit too much for me to tackle at this point. Still doing floor exercises fro knees, neck, and lower basck as now have a hip muscle acting up, the one we sit on.
Have a good day and use that 10 minutes for some exercise! Georgine

On my blog you will also find the new game for Wednesdays, Peak of the Week, where you work harder, longer, or try something new right smack dab in the middle of the week! A much better viewpoint than 'hump' day. (more like 'humph' day. It starts tomorrow for many of us!

I created a new game called Cardio through the Country. Go to my spark blog for 10-19-15 and read the details,get the map, and find a list of states organized for the game.
The Gist of it is this: You're going to spend 10 minutes for every LETTER used in the spelling of a U.S. State. Start with the lowest number, 4, Ohio, Iowa, and Utah. Each of those would take 40 minutes of exercise to complete. Report back to the team each time you have visited a state! I think it will be fun! Remember to visit my blog to get the most out of it.
You can apply the exercise that you ALREADY do, or you can do 10 extra! You can do a state in a day or over time. Completely up to you! Think of it as going traveling during the winter and comeing 'home' in the spring with a whole new healthy body! :) Everyone will be asking, WHERE have you BEEN? And Hey, where'd you get that bod? " And you can say, "Don't I look GOOD! I've been cardio-ing through the country!" wink lol
