Yes, go ahead and pat yourself on the back and I'll do it also! You're doing a fantastic job and I'm so proud of you. You are correct that it will slow down and you are looking at doing a doable 1 or 2 lbs. a week. That's wonderful! And yes, 92 lbs. to lose does feel so much better than 110 to go. Believe me I know, as I used to weight 388 lbs.

I feel like I should pat myself on the back just a little for my progress these last two weeks. I've set a workout schedule that works for me: 30 minutes every weekday and 10 minutes on Saturdays. I let myself have Sundays off. I've also tried to incorporate the daily suggestions as much as possible. We went on a walk as a family, I've made a game of housework by trying to see how quickly I can get daily chores done, and I've spent a lot more time in the floor wrestling with my toddler.

This week was hard, because it's that ToM, but I managed to get my workouts in consistently and stay on track with nutrition. I had my second weigh-in this morning, and I'm down a total of 19 pounds in two weeks. I know that my weight loss will slow drastically as I adjust to the changes I've made, and my ultimate goal is just 1-2 pounds a week. But this big, upfront loss has been an excellent motivator. 91 pounds to lose just feels and sounds more doable than 110, you know?
