I usually walk for 60 minutes on Sundays, and I recently added 10 minutes of gentle yoga. Well, I've come down with a viral illness and didn't feel up to the walk today. I did the yoga today , and fortunately, yesterday I did 50 minutes of walking and 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. My body needs the rest to recover, so I'll give it a break.

I did 2 sets of 10 reps 50lbs dumbell press

My Vision Statement:
To get off of my medications; Cholesterol statin, Hypothyroid levothyroxine,after effects from statin is hitting my quads and sharp pain in knees, to finish a marathon and too get at my healthy weight at 146lbs, so I can look better and do more things; to be able to work more active jobs, run a marathon, wear better clothes- more of a variety and feel better. To have more energy and get rid of my sleep apnea. I am feeling more energetic and sleeping better.

At work did 120 minutes walking.

My Vision Statement:

Did some light maintenance in my store,hung dupboard doors, moved boxes, some pretty heavy ones. Yesterday I wanted to do a yoga session tin the morning, but I shut off my alarm instead of resetting the day before, so I woke up later than normal. I will probably do a longer session today.
