I have been watching a series on Netflix so to counteract the time spent watching I get up every 15 minutes to do a chore and walk 200 more steps. Before I start watching again I write down what my next chore and step count must be done before I watch again.

What a FANTASTIC WORKOUT!!!! Would you be up for walking to where you had to do and then take the bus back? I say this as usually coming back is the hardest, especially if you have packages to tote!

TRYINGSOMETHING, That's one great workout. Ever thought of doing it more often and saving the bus fare?

Got in my cardio and lower body workout today. Not as long as usual, almost a rest day.

My favorite is while I'm on the phone, I walk up and down in the kitchen or if I'm on my cell, then I walk the entire condo. Sometimes I'm on the phone for several hours, so there's one GREAT workout!

So much inspiration here. All these things are great ways to "sneak" a little more exercise into your day.

I got in 70 minutes of cardio and 70+ minutes of lower body work today. Felt like I'd been slacking off after reading what you all are doing...way to go!

Just keep it up, keep posting and letting us know different ways to add more to our days. I'd never thought of putting each item away when I unload the dishwasher...great tip!

I thing we all do that at some time. We get into exercising and then find time to do more. Be careful or you will be on the go for 24 hours emoticon

I have enjoyed being "inefficient": putting away one item at a time from washing dishes or from the laundry basket; also walking the grocery basket all the way back to the store instead of the corral...we're on the right track aren't we? Yay, us!

I am looking for and finding additional times to sneak exercise into my everyday life - parking farther away at work; walking to talk to co-workers rather than use the phone; and adding in a walk after work each day if the weather is nice.
