Hello All From "We're finally getting some rain" California,

Today's workout was 45 minutes of cardio and 57 minutes of lower body work.

Hope all of you are doing well. For those on the Eastern seaboard, I'll say a prayer for all of you and hope you're doing O.K.

This week has been good. I have been out of the house almost everyday this week and recently figured out my phone has an app (LG Health) that automatically tracks my steps. It is really cool because it shows how many steps I walk in a day. It also tracks how many calories I burn for the day just by walking around. I'm enjoying this challenge and finding out I like working out. I have been doing anywhere from 7 to 15 minutes per workout sometimes doing more than one workout per day. I hope to build up to a 30 minute workout. Also a couple of nights ago I started doing some floor stretches while watching tv. My challenge for the rest of the week is to do something active like lunges or squats during commercial breaks.
