Your doing great 125 TOLOSE. Congrats. I just finshed week two also. I exercise usually 5 days, sometimes just on treadmill sometimes doing tone, stretch and strength exercises and sometimes I combine them. Usually about 20-30 minute workout.

Hi everyone! I completed week 2! Woohoo!

In the last 14 days since starting this challenge, I have exercised 13 of them. My current streak is 7 days (I only missed last Sunday). I am not putting in as many minutes as most of the other team members, but I need to focus on me and work at the level I am at- this is the only way I will be successful in keeping this streak going.

I hope everyone else is doing good with where they are in this challenge and wish you all the best. And now it's on to week 3!
