Way to go! I know what you mean about having to force yourself to move, but not wanting to break the streak. I do not feel as though I did as well as I could have for Week 2, and will probably wait another week before 'clicking the box' and moving onto Week 3.

Why didn't I do this before?!?!?! I guess because I hadn't read Chris's 10-min mini book!
This challenge is really "sparking" me. I'm determined to not break my streak. There have been a couple days in these first 2 weeks that I really had to force myself to move, but thinking of having to start my streak over was the only motivation I needed.

As long as you're posting and keeping up, you're never late. Life happens, and sometimes it takes a while to post, but you did, and I'm glad, because you're keeping me up to date as to where you're at and what's going on. You're NEVER LATE!!! emoticon and on to week 3, by His Grace!!!

A couple of days late, but better late than never!
This past week, I really didn't change much in what I was doing. However, I did try to increase my moving time, which I managed for the most part.
On to week 3!!
