emoticon I feel like I can reach anything I set my mind, heart, and spirit to. I've been able to continuously workout; I have given myself permission to take one day off and not feel bad for not working out that one day. And, because of that I've noticed that I am more willing and determined to get up in the morning without snoozing and grabbing those workout tools to start my day. I've also notice that I've been able to fall asleep before 12am I think my insomnia problem is gone. emoticon

The little things do add up just remember to have fun.
Having someone to be your workout buddy is also a helpful tip.

Yesterday, while I stayed on program - I showed a gain this morning. In the past this would have tipped off a downward spiral in to "Why do I bother"ville. But now...I am inspired and motivated to worker harder today,

Great tips although I may NOT do the laundry tip. That would take me forever!

Being aware of adding those things are what counts the most im sure, because It keeps presenting opportunities for more
Ill do that today
Thanks for the thoughts and ideas

almost finished with week 2, and I do have to admit it has been energizing and fun! yikes did I just say that, YUP! I always thought you had to work out like an athlete to get results so I would go at it like a wild race horse out of the gate then end up hurt and exhausted and broken down with defeat. This 10 min. thing is changing my mind set on the dirtiest of all words EXERCISE! 10 minutes never ends up being 10! simple everyday things add up and its easy, yes easy wow! (compared to being this mega athlete) and I'm seeing results. This is definitely something I CAN live with!!! emoticon
some of my move more tips:- use the farthest bathroom in your home ie: basement or top floor
- park a couple of parking spaces away than normal and continue to work your way out farther
-marching on the spot while you wait for that darn pot to boil
- I take my wii fit board down in front of the TV and use it as a stepper while watching a program or just on commercials
- put things where they go in other rooms/floors not pile them up at the stairs
- an extra lap around the grocery store
- putting the cart back in the holding pen
- putting laundry away 1 item at a time
literally its jut ONE step at a time!

:-) SLOW AND SURE WINS THE RACE! :-)
