If you stick to your plan, you won't have any problem what so ever. On the weekends there are quite a bit of people that ease up on Saturday and do nothing on Sunday. There is nothing wrong with that. Girl, you've taken the first big step by being here and then putting you plan out there for all to see. emoticon

I do well exercising during the week, but let fitness slip on weekends. My goal is to do at least 10 minutes on the weekend days, whether or not I get to the gym.
