Did 3 sessions of 10 minutes of walking for 30 minutes.

Thank You, Lord, for the following workouts thus far:

9 min seated strength training workout
12 min seated core workout
32 min seated resistance band workout

Man, it feels so good to EXERCISE!!!!!

The only things I have done today is to sit at the VA Clinic and wait for my appointment and when I got home, I grabbed something to eat and started Sparking, as I am so far behind.

I am walking at lunch time and now started walking in the morning and evening - having a dog helps here. Now I can check the weather to see when is the best time and if all 3 work out than bonus day for me

Before you know it, you will be exercising a LOT longer than 10 minutes. Most exercises can be modified to be done on the top of a bed or from a chair if that would suit you better. Good luck!

I started today I did 10 min.'s of crunchless core exercises. It felt good. I plan on doing exercises that I can do without using my right foot for now
