Iím getting back to my virtual walk on the treadmill. Iím done about 1/4 of the Camino... the pilgrimsí road to Santiago in Northern Spain.

For me 10 minutes on the treadmill is a great start. I'm looking forward to getting in a pattern and slowly increasing my time.

Doing 10 mins of actual exercise, and a on my feet for 4 hours at work so hope to see some results

I'm still figuring out the blogs and whatnot, so I hope I am entering this correctly. I am responding to the week one challenge where we set our goals. I am already walking ten minutes a day and a lot more, but I have to break it up through the day because I don't have a lot of stamina. I get up every 15 minutes (I set a timer) and walk around my house. So, with the movement thing already underway, my goal is to do at least ten minutes a day of some sort of strength training video.
