My week 1 goals are to take Daisy for a walk every morning, go to the gym 2 times this week and add 1 10 min strength video 4 times this week.

My goal is to walk everyday at least 15 to 30 minutes

Goals for week 1 are to walk the treadmill for 15 minutes each day getting in 1/2 mile each time
My week one starts May 15 and ends May 21

I would like to increase my workout regimen to the following:

3 days Boot Camp sessions, 60 mins each
3 days walking 4 miles, 70 mins each day
1 day of non-scheduled exercise, at least 10 mins

May change up the walking to some sort of strength training...gonna pull out the DVDs...lol.
