4/1 day 1 - 41 minutes exercise (30 minutes on treadmill, 10 minutes S/T)
4/2 day 2 - 30 minutes shopping (parked a distance so walked more)
4/3 day 3 - 31 minutes walk with dog.
4/4 day 4 - 31 minutes treadmill - various speeds
4/5 day 5 - rest day
4/6 day 6 - S/t 22 minutes, cardio on treadmill various speeds 36 minutes
4/7 day 7 - Flexing exercise for seniors 35 minutes walking various speeds treadmill 38 minutes

Day 1: March 30th: 20 minutes on the treadmill
Day 2: March 31st: 20 minutes on the treadmill, plus 60 minutes full body strength
Day 3: April 1: Walked 2 km in 23 minutes
Day 4: April 2: 20 min. treadmill, 20 min core
Day 5: 20 min. treadmill, 20 min upper
Day 6: 60 min, 5 k
Day 7: 30 min 2.5k
