11 minutes every morning: 4 minutes w/four QiGong movement followed by 7-8 minutes of gentle yoga stretches.

Depending on any physical problems, you have to be careful with stretching exercises, same as with others. I was doing the basic stretches on SP and did the one where you're sitting and rotate your body. I have had problems with the spine and my PT told me to not do the rotatation ones, but to keep a "neutral spine". Drat, it was one of my favorites, but I feel better since I stopped doing it.

if you got to the video section, you can put in for limited mobility exercises there are several stretching videos. emoticon
