Hey everyon!! Ok here are my goals for this week.
Go to the GYM!!

Simply fitboard, just got it so need to figure how many minutes to start with
hula Hoop
REbound,
And drink 64 oz. water!!oh yeah and the Quickfire challenge

Did 10 minutes on my simply Fitboard
And 100 seconds of Elbow planks, do 5 sets of 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest. I am sweating! And that is all I can not beileve how much it makes me sweat!
