With the winds we are getting we have to keep shoveling the same old snow with the new. My oldest daughter lives with me so it works with both of us shoveling and we bothe get exercise. This morning I promised myself to get on the floor and do the usual exercises for my old body parts but will look at a video. I keep wanting to use the ball but so far it is still downstairs. At least I am moving forward. 10 minutes goes by so fast! emoticon

Welcome to the team! I was thrilled to find that 10 mins is NOT as hard to come up with as I thought. I set a timer on my phone, stove, or microwave, and dance, march in place, etc. when I first started. Now, I get in a 20+ minute walk almost every day (OK, the pups have a LOT to do with that, but still!). YOU CAN DO IT!

You sound just like me, I can go days looking at spark exercises and saving them on the computer but takes me forever to try them. I do walk Brandy close to every day til this last bit of ice and snow and I am shoveling instead and chasing Brandy around the yard. She chasing me to play with the tallest sunflower stalk with the sunflower still attached!!

Here I am, as a result of SparkCoach. Today's video on SparkCoach was about yo-yo fitness, and I realised how much I do that. It's all or nothing with me, but it's so hard to start again after taking a break. So I'm focusing on 10 minutes at least every day.

Thursdays and Fridays (usually) my friend comes over so that we can do a Jillian Michaels DVD (20 min) together, and I have a treadmill in the house, so this really shouldn't be too hard, but I can easily go days and days without actually trying to exercise at all! I'm here to fix that.
