My back is giving me trouble so need to cut my walks with Brandy to 20 minutes at a time. More exercises to do from the chiropractor, I simply kept putting off going to see him til it got worse but will keep walking Brandy and do more exercise and get back to where I was. emoticon

I started this back in 2012 as I was not doing exercise. 10 got me started and I mostly do over an hour a day, sometime 3

Time does fly by and one of my mottoes it Make it fun so that you stick to it

I agree ten minutes goes faster than you realize and before you know it, you will be doing much more than 10. 10 minutes is much easier to fit into your schedule, so it is easier to commit to.

You will be surprised at how fast the 10 min. go by . very often people get involved with the exercise and go past the 10 minutes without realizing they did. Good luck.
I walk my lab every day for 30 to 35 minutes but always try to walk one more time. I miss the walk if I don't go not to mention feeling guilty Brandy did not get her walk. She is my partner.

I am not one that seeks out exercise so this is going to be a challenge for me. It's only ten minutes in 24 hours. Hopefully motivation will come. I am committed to 10 minutes most days in the week. I can do it!
