OK....16 minutes walking the dog! Another walk this afternoon and I am well on my way to beating my goal!

It is actually the easiest way to get the exercise, for me anyway. I just set a time I am going to walk, and go, yesterday I fell short of the 30 minutes of walking time, yet I did walk for 14, so I am proud of that.

It is never too late to start over. Never give up. If you fall pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. Wii the best.

That's great. I think I need to start over. I keep saying I'm going to do it but don't I was tracking my food and it was always over because I like to have beer and chips at night time.
I need to be in more control. I love the idea walk 10 minutes every day. I do walk a lot except this past week. I started a new business and need to be on the computer to learn utube videos. So thanks for the motivation.

I'm starting this challenge today. My goals for this week is:
1) To walk at least 10 minutes three times a day.
2) Plan my meals and make sure I am tracking my food.
3) To be active most of the day.
