I did 10 minutes for a month, it didn't do anything for me at all. So I went back to 30 minutes of walking and my stationery bicycle.

Just wanted to check in at the 4 day mark into the week. Its been going great. Every day I have hit my target or extended it. I find myself loving only having to do at least 10 mins but if I feel like I can do more I do.
