It has been a while since I have been here, but I am ready to get back on track and get headed in the right direction. To start I am going to make sure i get 10 minutes of some sort of exercise every day. Then each week I will tweak and adjust my goals to make sure I keep progressing.

...If you went running when you first started thinking about it, you'd be back by now.

...focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it.
