Yes, my dear, you've finally held your own feet to the fire, and this is a FANTATIC way to start. Before you now it, you body will be asking for more exercise, which you will be delighted in giving it. So, join the rest of us, and start slow and as the momentum keeps getting faster, go with it!

Its time to stop the madness....
I keep telling myself that that next week I will start... and then I make the ususal excuses...I was too busy

Well its time to stop making excuses and get healthy.

Today is the day and I'm setting easy goals... just 1 pound this week and 10 minutes a day of exercise...
