26 minutes and 11 seconds walked today. Yes I do keep track on how much I walk :). Tomorrow should be 28+. I have a watch that I use just for walking since I can't find a band that will withstand sweating so I use it as a timer/stopwatch. I will walk 2400 steps plus 7 minutes and 40 seconds.

The more you do, the easier it will get. It's something that just happens, and all of a sudden you realize, that you were not able to do that before, or get that far. It's such a rush, when that happens!

spent hours in the garden yesterday and I am very sore so today is a rest day unless I decide to do some back exercises and knee exercises later. emoticon
