Trying to do a variety of exercises in spurts every day. Stop when totally out of breath, then get back to it. Heart rate of 165 I can handle; higher makes me feel nauseous and ready to pass out.

I am getting exercise trying to get the gardens in between weather and other things needing attention. My computer is giving me so much trouble i will have to bring it in and use the Ipad which I am not used to yet. I will do my exercises and head out to the flower garden, than go out back to vegetables. After the first day of kneeling to plant flowers my cheek muscles were VERY sore for 4 days!! I don't remember that from before. Wonder if I burned calories then. Ha?? Time for coffee, an egg and exercise.

Add more than just walking into my exercising. Can go back to the challenge of adding an additional 10 minutes each day. This can/will be done!!!!! emoticon
