BECCABOO127 is right. It is hard at first, but then it becomes easier. That's the way it was
with me with Diet Cokes. That was the hardest thing for me do quit other than smoking.
I hope everyone has a Super & Blessed Saturday!

Philippians 4:13 For I can do everything through Christ, who
gives me strength. 4:14 Even so, you have done well to share
with me in my present difficulty. Mark 13:37 I say to you what I say to everyone: Watch for Him!

By the way, my tastes changed over time, and I crave healthier food now. I still have French fries occasionally, but I count them.

It is hard at first but it becomes easier with time.

Just focus on weighing and measuring the food at first, and later you can eyeball the amount. Be accountable by tracking the food, and start exercising, a little at a time to make it a habit. Change one thing at a time. It is a lifetime change and doesn't happen overnight.

It has taken me years to lose 100 pounds, but you know what? One hundred pounds are gone, and the time would have passed anyway.

Mrs.

There are so many factors as to how L O N G it will take you to lose the weight, as each person is very unique in their own way, and no two people are the same. However the main factor is this statement:

If you WORK the PLAN, the PLAN will WORK!

Blessings!
