Yes, taking care of a 2 year old, and household chores and running errands that's a lot of
exercise. But it helps you lose weight and get to your goal. I walk 15 minutes a day, clean on
my house 4 hours a day! That's vacuuming, polishing furniture, moping my floors, change the bed, clean the bathrooms, clean the windows, clean the blinds, clean the microwave oven. I can't think of anything else. I hope everyone has a Super & Blessed Saturday! LYL!

YIKES!!!! That's really some exercise taking care of a 2 year old. In addition to that, errands and such, that's BIG TIME exercise to me. Keep going and keep getting fit!

the kind of exercise i usually do is taking care of a 2 year old and doing housework sometimes and my son's and daughter in law's approximately 3-4 times a week. in addition to this i have y housework to do and errands to run. emoticon

being more careful is key.
