This week has gone well. I've gotten in 10+ minutes every day so far. Went to the gym and did water aerobics 2 days this week. Keep on keeping on. emoticon

You can always add steps to any challenge and there are plenty of walking challenges on SP.
I run a couple that let you set the pace and your goals. Just go to my page and click to have a look.

Thank you Nancy Jean. I appreciate your reply.
I am used to the past team challenges on SP that had daily steps. Because it said 'action plan' I thought there would be more advice and videos from coach Nicole leading us with a new recommended video ever day. Its a little like we are on our own-I like and do better from being lead. But I'll try my best.. :)

The 10 challenge is just for you to move at least 10 continuous minutes, which constitutes a workout with SP Land. It doesn't matter who you do or how you move, as long as it's 10 continuous minutes. If you would like to look over the numerous videos they have here in SP Land go up to the top of your page and click on Articles and Videos and a menu with drop down. Then click on videos and it will take you to so many videos that can choose from. Then you just track your streak and that's it. I pray this helps you.

Hi, I was wondering what exactly are the Steps are to week one. ? I think it says in the action plan that to -track and create streak-is that all?. Also please tell me where are the videos that applies to this challenge?
