I bet it will be more than 10 minutes after the first two weeks and you maybe well over that by four.

Forgot to do this last night.
I'm really good at overwhelming myself with that old line, "...but you should do more!" So my goal is to simply complete the challenge: 10 minutes of exercise a day for 4 weeks. We can do this!
