I am doing twisting crunches and using 5 lb. free weights to tone arms every other day. I even bicycle upside down, lying on my back with my legs cycling in the air! What a good workout! I read that inversion therapy is good for you where you have your feet and heart higher than your head. I will even spend time with my feet propped up against a wall which I find to be very relaxing! Since I am on my feet a lot during the day I believe inversion poses of having my feet higher than my head is good for me. So I count this as a form of exercise in a way in that I deliberately am doing something physical that helps my fitness and health. Maybe I won't stay with my feet propped up for my 10 minute exercise, it is someething I add to my 10 minutes, going beyond 10 minutes each day. I am not a doctor.

That sounds like a great plan. It's how I started and I'm still keeping up with regular exercise two years later. The best tool I found is Jessica Smith. She has hundreds of free videos through YouTube. All of the things you said you wanted to work on you can find. Try her website jessicasmithtv.com. She is s down to earth and always gives modifications. Good luck!!!

My goal is to do some conscious exercise daily for at least 10-minutes! I want to do strength training with 5 lb. free weights, use a resistance band, walk, stretch and figure out cardio to do at home with no exercise equipment by watching videos here and learning new tips. I learned a tip to schedule in exercise time in my day-timer. That will really work!
