Greetings All

The last time I starting exercising, I went from doing very little to a hard-core personal training program in a very short period of time. I ended up pretty sick for about 8 months, barely able to do anything. So, as I begin again, I just love this idea of "10 minutes a day". A gentle start.

I plan to either walk, or find a video to follow on SparkPeople. Some days I will do yoga (probably with a video, but on my own if I am feeling inspired and focused).

Here is to gentle new beginnings!
