Thanks Dwayne,
I'm still doing well. I love the idea of seizing the day. In the past I've had so many goals for a distant time. It's better for me to do the 'baby step' thing and focus on a daily goal such as watch my food and get moving, because I do not have much self-control. I've had an EXCELLENT two weeks of tracking and staying within my spark limits.
So I'm proud of my day to day accomplishments. One of my favorite ways to get fitness in is bouncing on the mini-trampoline while watching a good movie. Someone JUST gave us a treadmill so I'm starting to get into that. :)

SUSANSKI, Just keep on moving forward, post often, we're here to support you and help each other. Yes, sometimes Life will throw us "Speedbumps", take them slowly but keep moving forward.

Sounds like your 1st 2 goals are 1) Keep the weight off 2) Stick to the plan. O.K. Just do it. Don't let those little "speedbumps' upset the day or the week. You can find the time to workout doing so many things. Park farther away, walk somewhere, when you've got the time, if you're watching TV, get up and walk around the rooms until your show comes back on. It's amazing how much time you can rack up just doing that. Do you have a "Pedometer"? If not, the Spark Activity Tracker is great, not expensive and adds to your motivation. I've got one and I just wish I would have had it years ago.

Once again Susan, keep us posted on how you're doing - one day at a time...

I just lost 4.5 pounds, so NOW my goal is to make sure I stick to this plan today and NOT GAIN IT BACK. Please support me. I have a nasty habit of sticking to things for 1 month and then Life sidetracks me. Help me to keep this new lifestyle change!
