You're well on your way just by joining this group. As for the challenges you face, take them as they come, and they will be a thing of the past. As for the 10 minutes a day and 3,000 steps, great way to start. You'll be hitting that goal in no time. Just keep the faith and keep posting.

It's so good to see you take and interest in your health and wanting a healthier lifestyle. 10 minutes a day is very doable and so are your 3,000 steps, per day. If you're talking on the phone and you're able walk back and forth in the room or just march in place, as you'll be surprised the number of steps you get in. If you're listening to a book on line and it talks to you, there you go again walk or march. If you're watching TV then during the commercials, march or walk. I know you get the idea and I'm just delighted that you decided to join our WONDERFUL team!
