Good luck, Sandieval! By the looks of your tracker, you've already done an amazing job and could teach all of us a thing or two. I'm sure you're going to kill this challenge :D

I started this challenge mid week but will restart today as difficult to track. My goal is to walk 10 min daily in addition to the ST and videos I do.

When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

Ollie,

You're a go getter and I love that, about you! You're not afraid to push the envelope, so to speak. I know 4 days doesn't seem like much to you, but it's 4 days more than you had before.

Blessings!

Thanks for the encouragement! Just popping in to say that I'm still on track :D. As sad as this may sound, four days of exercise in a row is the biggest streak I've accomplished in years. I almost didn't make it yesterday...my legs and lungs were killing me just ten minutes in to the thirty minute workout I'd planned. But I pushed through, and today was MUCH better.

Ollie,

First off I thank God that you and your son are okay! Secondly, yes, this is the honeymoon phase of your new healthy lifestyle change journey, but with anything new, to adjust to, there will be kinks and knots to work out. I'm very confident, with the plan that you've posted that this is the beginning of a NEW SEASON in your life for you and your son. If you should need any help, just HOLLER and I'll do the best that I can to give you a HAND UP!

Blessings!

I've started over this challenge after a couple of years of inactivity. I was doing pretty well with my goals in 2013 until I found out I was expecting. I was immediately put on bed rest for six months before giving birth at 23 weeks, then spent 7 months at my son's bedside in the NICU before he was able to come home. That was a year ago, and I still haven't recovered from the loss of muscle mass and the overall weight gain.

I am not really able to leave the house because of my son's medical needs, but I have a recumbent bike now!!! My goal is to do 30 min 5 times a week, and 10 minutes a day on the weekends just to keep up the momentum. I'm the heaviest I've ever been, but this time around I'm trying to lose weight under careful supervision from my doctor and with the help of Phentermine. I'm really hopeful.

This will be day 2 for me, so I'm still in the honeymoon phase of this whole adventure. Wish me luck!
