I'm delighted to hear that you're doing better and you're definitely correct that dancing, even though you don't feel like it makes you feel better. As a matter of fact, any type of exercise will make you feel that way, if you workout for approximately 10 minutes with it, as there's this thing endorphins, which are your feel good hormones, that kick in, and give you a natural high. When I first experienced that, I wanted to feel that all the time, so I started exercising more, just to have that feeling. It was emoticon So, keep dancing or whatever you want to do to make you feel better, just be safe in doing it!

So far this week, I have been dancing. It has not been easy. To be honest, I have not felt like dancing much. I have started feeling better though. Today, I was dancing while making breakfast. This is something that I want to keep doing. Dancing helps me to not only lose weight, but it will also help to improve my mood. It was a rough week, but I am getting there. I am getting better.

Good luck to all the beginners of this challenge. I am just about to graduate from this challenge. I never thought so many good healthy changes would come from this challenge. It is amazing that you will see the different healthy changes in yourself the more you do the challenge. If you are able, try increasing the number of workouts as well as the length in time for the workout each week. Be accountable. Write your progress and posts frequently. Try different workouts and see which ones you like and are able to commit to doing regularly.

Just keep focused and your dreams will turn into realities. With God as your Master Trainer, all things are possible!

Thank you everyone! emoticon Thank you for the laughs. I was hoping to get motivated, but from the sounds of it, I am getting a little more than I bargained for! I have not laughed very much since June. I have already managed to dance around the house for 10 minutes, even though my heart was not in it. After reading everyone's replies, I think I will do more, with my heart actually in it this time. emoticon

Yes, ma'am you will get motivated by starting this challenge and checking in each and every day, because you will have cheerleaders, emoticon like me to help get you through ad give you a hand up, when you need it. Come on, young lady, and let's get this started. I'm under strict doctors orders to do NO EXERCISING, for 2 months, except for my PT which will be 3 days a week for 45 minutes. I'm looking forward to them coming and they were here today to test me and they will be back on Wednesday for a real session. Let's encourage each other, girl!

I am doing this challenge to help motivate me to exercise each and every day. I have had very little motivation since Mom passed away. Hopefully, by checking in every day, I will remain motivated to continue exercising and make it a habit.
