Week has gone well- I have had my ups and downs but did o.k. Vegetables with lunch and dinner; I also took cut veggies to work to snack on. Treadmill has been a lifesaver for getting 10 minutes in and I just set my Wii back up for dancing. Only made Aqua aerobic 2 days last week. I will do 3 this week.

So I joined the 10 minute challenge,for the second time yesterday, after completing a 115 minute workout emoticon , but don't worry, I'm only at a walking speed right now. Today I walked for 108 minutes.
