MSLUNATIK,

I'm in the same boat you're in. I joined the 10-minute challenge before and did really well for 3 weeks and then I just stopped. So here's to hoping we both make it to week 4!

My goal is to exercise for 90 minutes a day until I reach jogging speed.

It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

Welcome back. I am right there with you. What I do is I try to do to much. I like to try and walk 2 miles with Leslie Sansone but when I don't I get upset with myself. What I should do is just do a 10 minute SP workout.

Luna,

Did you do any grocery shopping, clothes shopping, try to keep up with your kids, nieces, nephews, or anybody else's kids, do laundry, or cook? Any of these every day "tasks," you still keep moving and you're still getting a workout, but if it's not 10 consecutive minutes in a row, it doesn't count according to SP Land. Well guess what? You're still burning calories, and all you have to do is string 10 minutes together. Just march in place while you're on the phone, doing dishes, washing your face, or brushing your teeth. I do all of that and before I know it, I've done at least 30 minutes of exercise. Give it a shot and you'll see the lbs. come off in no time.

Blessings!

OK, I had started this team a little while back but i did not stick to it!! :( I know, same on me. But I am back, starting week one again. Today is day one. I did over 10 min of cardio today so im pretty happy. But I am going for at least minimum of 10 min each day and maybe build up from there each week that passes.
I am a musician and I have a show at the end of Oct. So I am wanting to see some progress and some weight loss by then!
