Wednesday, June 17-45 minutes (walking, circuit-upper body)
Thursday, June 18-10 minutes out with my dog
Friday, June 19-36 minutes (walking, circuit-upper body)
Saturday, June 20-10 minutes out with my dog
Sunday, June 21- 20 minutes power walk with my dog
