I do Karate class 5 days a week with my grandson and loving it. So adding this challenge will make my workout somewhat complete.

You can't stay at 15 min. you have got to increase by 5 min. at least every 2 week's. Change up the exercises to ones that strengthen your breathing. Surely you aren't going to be left behind are you????? I know you can do it!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

My goal is to workout at least 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Walking or some form of aerobic activity. I'm getting winded easily and I need to improve that. Daily stretching!

Getting myself slowly in gear for a 5k in September. baby steps!
