I am using guide lines of challenge- anything over and beyond is "icing on the cake"- I've got to come up with a better line than " icing on the cake" anyhow- today I got in 20 minute walk, yesterday 20 minute yoga- yippee!

BMI, I noticed in your post you penciled in 5 days during the week, but what about Saturday and Sundays? Those can be real killers to all the good you're doing for yourself during the week. Maybe a 10 minute walk and 5-10 minutes of body weight exercises to start? Just a thought.

Off to the gym now for cardio and lower body work.

wow! I wasn't expecting replies at all! It's a new week, I have Monday-Friday lined up for my five days scheduled in with alternatives if the weather is wet.

BMI, Welcome to the group and glad you "Oopsed" to get here. You'll find so much encouragement, help and everything you need right here. Just keep on posting and keep up with the positive attitude. My bet is you're going to do BETTER than 5 out of 7. I'm saying 8 out of 10. Let me know if I'm right.

I'm off to the gym now for some cardio work. Giving the upper and lower body a day off as it were.

I am going for 5 out 7 days a week of 10 continuous minutes of exercise of any kind... yoga, walking, pulling weeds out flower beds, free weights, seated exercise videos, heavy duty housekeeping... I will track minutes for continuity

I'm starting with one of the free seated fitness videos I can do right here at my desk.
