Great goals to start and work your streak up from there. Keep posting and letting us know how your doing, any problems you may experience or any questions. We're here to rock this thing...one day at a time.

Today for me was cardio and lower body work. Dealing with a sore back and the working out actually helps loosen me up, so I'm all for that.
