How are you doing, young lady? I've started working out with weights, at Planet Fitness and I love it! I go three times a week and do 30 minutes of cardio, work the weight equipment for my abs, legs, and arms. Then I do another cardio workout for usually 45 minutes. I just LOVEIT!!!
