no Virus here! Dell and Trev, I'm delighted to see that yours is on the way OUT! I had my first two injections, concerning my reconstruction, on Friday and the next one is scheduled for the 28th!

Like Nancy Jean said, you can because we can all do this. Not being a downer, remember the old saying "Whether you think you can or can't...you're right". That's what Spark and all of us are about. We believe we can and we're doing it.

I'd recommend a Spark Activity tracker to keep you aware of how much walking and working out you're doing in the course of your day. I think you'd be pleasantly surprised.

Today for me was cardio and upper body work and I'm at 8,928 steps...shooting for 10,000 for the day.

Keep posting us JS and let us know how you're doing, what you're doing and ask any questions you may have and we'll do our best to get you good information.
