I did this challenge last fall and found it very helpful to get over my plateau. My goal now is to add 10 minutes a day to my normal work day on top of my regular workouts! I hope to do active movement for a straight 10 minutes, walking the stairs, moving boxes etc. are what I plan to count for my 10 active minutes. I am also redoing all my streaks to reflect some of my new goals since my old ones are second nature now-like drinking water or flossing! I am also hoping this will remind me to track. I have stopped tracking and I know that helped me stay on track and I need to jump start my weight loss again, not just maintain.
