This is a very good solid foundation to be starting with and to be building on! I know, because I've been here many times, and I'm coming back again. I haven't been cleared by my surgeon to exercise, per se, but I do believe I will try this weekend, ever so gently. Maybe just a walk around the condo. No fancy stuff or jogging, just a walk. Besides just as your name implies, FaithCrafter, by His Grace this will be done!

I'm just getting started and I have not exercised in years. I'm feeling bad today because I gained 3 lbs over night and I feel bloated and swollen. My first week goal is to be less worried about the scale. Accomplishing the 10 min. workout each day is where I want to focus my efforts and thoughts. I am praying for God to help me reach the goals, because without Him, I know I can't accomplish them on my own. I just don't have the strength.
